I have over 30 years of leadership experience in organisations ranging from 20 to 3,200 employees. As CEO and supervisory board member, I have carried full responsibility in complex transformation, crisis and growth situations.
Today, I work preferentially with organisations that have a social mission. I am convinced that lasting success emerges where economic stability, viable revenue models and human-centred leadership work in concert.
